Families Advancing Music Education - Drama Boosters

UPHS Performing Arts Committee

Month's Highlights

The Wizard of Oz , performed in March 2014 at the UPHS, was the most successful musical at Upper Perk in recent years, playing to sellout crowds and rave review.

The 2015 UPHS Musical is Through the Looking Glass. Performance dates are March 12, 13, and 14, 2015 (7 p.m.) and March 15, 2015 (2 p.m.) There will be a Gold Card performance (preview performance for Seniors) at 1 p.m. on March 11, 2015.

Thank you to everyone who made it possible.

UPHS Performing Arts Committee, the newly formed drama boosters organization, usually meets on the third Thursday of the month, at 7 p.m. in Ms. Cortez's room, Room 302 in the Upper Perkiomen High School.

The Upper Perk High School Performing Arts Committee has it's own wikispaces site - check it out!

MISSION STATEMENT

To ensure the highest quality musical education for our children (K-12) so that the program may be continually improving, allowing each student to maximize their individual potential. Our objectives will be to address critical needs, promoting a close relationship among parents, staff, administration, the community, and the students at all grade levels.

FAME also seeks to serve as an umbrella organization and information clearinghouse for all the music groups and band and choral supporters in the Upper Perkiomen elementary, middle and high school.
